2. Products & Artwork

All artworks are original creations by renowned artists or limited editions, as stated in the product description.

Colors may appear slightly different due to lighting or your device’s display settings.

All descriptions and images are accurate to the best of our knowledge.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise stated.

For international customers, prices may be displayed in other currencies for convenience, but transactions will be processed in BDT or USD depending on the payment method.

We accept secure payments through trusted gateways (e.g., [list your methods, e.g., SSLCommerz, Payoneer, bank transfer]).

Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

Domestic deliveries within Bangladesh are handled by trusted courier partners.

International deliveries are subject to customs clearance, and buyers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final — no refunds.

Exchanges are allowed within 7 days if the artwork is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

6. Intellectual Property

All images, text, and content on our website are owned by New Asia Art Gallery and/or the respective artists.

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited without written permission.

7. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect loss, damage, or injury resulting from your use of our products, except as required under Bangladeshi law.

8. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted according to the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
