Processing Time
Orders are processed within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Each piece is inspected and securely packaged before shipping.

Shipping & Delivery

Domestic Orders: Delivered within 3–5 days

International Orders: Delivered within 15 days (customs clearance may extend delivery time)

Packaging
All artworks are packaged with protective materials to prevent damage during transit.

Shipping Costs
Calculated at checkout based on your location and artwork dimensions. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes.

Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Damages
If your artwork arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days with photos, and we will arrange a suitable solution.
