SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for visiting and shopping at New Asia Art Gallery. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

### 1. SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
* All orders are processed within **2-4 business days**.
* Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
* If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or customized framing requests, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

### 2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES
Shipping charges for your orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* **Inside Dhaka:** Delivery within **2-3 business days** (Standard Courier/Home Delivery).
* **Outside Dhaka:** Delivery within **3-7 business days** (Condition Courier/Standard Delivery).

*Note: Delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed due to unexpected courier delays or weather conditions.*

### 3. SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email or SMS once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s), if applicable.

### 4. DAMAGES & HANDLING
Paintings and art frames are fragile items. We pack our products with multi-layered bubble wrap and secure packaging to avoid damages.
* If you receive your order damaged (broken frame, torn canvas, or scratched glass), please contact us within **24 hours** of delivery with photos/videos of the damaged packaging and product at asiaartgallery71@gmail.com. We will arrange a replacement or repair immediately.

### 5. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Currently, we only ship within Bangladesh through our automated website checkout. For international shipping requests, please contact us directly via email or WhatsApp to discuss shipping availability and rates.
