# REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for shopping at New Asia Art Gallery. We take great pride in our curated art collection and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. 

Because artwork and paintings are delicate and unique items, our refund and return policy is structured as follows:

### 1. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
* We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of the delivery date.
* To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must be in its original packaging (including frames and protective layers).
* Original receipts or proof of purchase must be provided.

### 2. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ARTWORK
* Please inspect your order upon reception. If the painting, frame, or glass is damaged during transit, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at asiaartgallery71@gmail.com with photos and videos of the damaged item.
* Upon verification, we will arrange for a replacement, repair, or full refund at no additional cost to you.

### 3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
* Custom/Commissioned Art: Any artwork custom-made, commissioned, or personalized to your specific dimensions or color requests cannot be returned or refunded.
* Artwork purchased during clearance sales or special exhibitions.

### 4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned artwork, we will send you an email or message to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item's condition.
* If approved, your refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

### 5. SHIPPING COSTS FOR RETURNS
* You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the item arrived damaged. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
